Returns & Exchanges – Lovely Lady

🛍️ How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return in two ways:

Go to My Orders in the My Account section.
Use the Raise Return option on our website by entering your order number and registered email ID or mobile number.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

1. All tags must be intact and attached.
2. The product must be in its original packaging.
3. The item should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
4. No lipstick, makeup, or stain marks during trial.
5. Items marked Only Size Exchange can only be exchanged, refund cannot be made for them.
6. Nightwear, Nighties, Swimwear, and Lingerie are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

🚚 Return Pickup

Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product within 2 business days.
You’ll receive an SMS notification with pickup details.
Reverse pickup charges will be deducted from your refund.

📩 Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item passes quality check.
Initiated within 24 hours postpickup.
Amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days (8–10 days if QC is pending).
Refunds will be made after deduction of a nominal fee of ₹200.
Shipping and COD charges are nonrefundable.

Refund Method:

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are via NEFT transfer to your registered bank account, only after receiving your bank details (Full Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code).

🌐 Products Purchased Elsewhere

Returns are accepted only for orders placed on the official Lovely Lady website.Products purchased from our stores can not be returned or exchanged at store.

⚠️ Wrong Product Handed Over

Requests will be rejected if the wrong item is handed over.
No second attempt will be allowed.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size/colour (subject to availability).

📦 Wrong or Missing Item

Raise a complaint within 24 working hours of delivery.
Provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Claims without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

💸 Charges

Shipping and COD charges are nonrefundable.
Reverse pickup charges apply.

🔁 Pickup Failures

Courier partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times.
If unsuccessful, the request will be marked as failed.

Size Exchange & Non-Returnable Products – Lovely Lady

What does “Only Size Exchange” & “Non-Returnable Product” mean?

Products under the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for another style or color. They are eligible only for size exchange within the same style and color:

1. Heavily embroidered garments or delicate embroidery work.
2. Garments made of pure silk, blended silk, or other delicate fabrics.
3. Clearance products with 50% or more discounts.
4. Nightwear and lingerie.

📏 What if the size doesn’t fit and no alternate size is available?

If the garment is loose or tight, we will exchange it for a bigger or smaller size.

If your required size is not available, we will issue a full refund without any deductions.

What are the eligibility criteria for size exchange?

Once approved, our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep. You’ll receive an SMS notification with pickup details.

🌐 Can I exchange products purchased elsewhere?

Exchanges are processed only for orders placed on www.Lovely-Lady.com. Products purchased from other marketplaces, retail stores, or Lovely Lady outlets are not eligible for exchange.

⚠️ What if I hand over the wrong product?

Please ensure the correct item is handed over at pickup. Incorrect handovers will result in rejection of your request, and a second exchange/return request will not be accepted.

📩 How will I know if my exchange is approved?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your returned shipment reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. If it fails, the product will be shipped back to you.

💸 Can I request a refund instead of exchange?

Yes, if the product is covered under our Easy 3 Days Return Policy:

You may request a refund or exchange (different style or size).
The returned product must pass quality check (unused, original condition, tags intact, no stains, within 3 days).
Exchange: No processing or courier charges.
Refund: ₹200 processing fee will be deducted, and the balance will be credited to your original payment source within 3 days.

📦 What if I receive a wrong or missing item?

Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

🆓 Will I be charged for returning wrong or damaged products?

No. Returns are free if you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or damaged product. We’ll arrange pickup at no extra cost.

🔁 What happens if pickup fails?

Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to three times. If unsuccessful, the request will be marked as failed. For assistance, contact our Customer Care team 

 

Refund & Return Policy

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return request is approved, pickup is arranged within 2 business days.
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 24 hours.
It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your payment method).
If QC is skipped, refunds may take 8–10 business days.
Refunds will be made after deduction of a nominal fee of ₹200.

Refund Timeframe

Pickup: 2 business days.
Refund initiation: 24 hours postpickup.
Amount reflection: 5–7 business days (8–10 days if QC is pending).

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost or undelivered, we refund the full order amount including shipping charges (if paid online).

       Please note: Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are nonrefundable.

       In addition, reverse pickup charges will be levied and deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

To cancel, email us at support@Lovely-Lady.com within 6 hours of placing your order (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method (after deduction of ₹200 nominal fee).

Card Refunds

Refund timelines depend on your bank.
SMS alerts are usually sent for refunds above ₹5,000. For smaller amounts, check your account or statement.

Important Note

Only the product price is refunded (minus ₹200 nominal fee).
Returns may not be accepted if packaging is torn, damaged, or unsuitable at pickup.
